Here’s the math.
A purchase price or builder price of $200,000 gets you a rebate of $3,000. $300,000 purchase or builder price, $4,500. $400,000? $6,000 rebate. $500,000 price, $7,500 rebate. Please remember, the commission is negotiable, but the above is based on 3% to a buyer’s agent. You sacrifice nothing with our Smart Buyer rebate.
